For Overseas Dealer Stock: A deposit of 50% of the total car cost is required, with the balance due a week before the ship’s arrival. For Auction Stock in Japan: A deposit of USD 1,000 is necessary for cars valued at USD 10,000 or less, and USD 2,000 for cars with a C&F value exceeding USD 10,000.

If you agree with the quoted price of the car, request for an Invoice. Upon issuance of the Invoice, car will be reserved for you pending payment.
You can proceed with making payments for the car. Our company’s bank account details will be printed on the Invoice with a clear breakdown of the car price. Once the transaction is done, send us an email with TT copy or proof of payment. Upon receipt of funds, we will reply back confirming payments by issuing a Receipt.
Purchased car is then processed for shipping, and a Pre-shipment Inspection (QISJ) is done in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Once booking has been confirmed, we will send you the Vessel’s details, Expected Time of Departure (ETD), and Expected Time of Arrival (ETA). We also send you a link to track the vessel.
At least two weeks after ship’s departure, Original car documents – Bill Of Lading, De-registration Certificate/Export Certificate, Inspection Certificate and any other car document will be dispatched to us by our supplier via DHL or FEDEX, including spare key or SD cards if available. We will then scan and send you all documents for your reference.
Once your car arrives at the port, we will facilitate and expedite the Customs/port clearance of the car by paying the relevant taxes and registering the car for use in Kenya.
After the vehicle has been successfully cleared from the port, we normally get it washed and vacuumed. General service can also be done at the request of the customer. The car is then ready for collection in Mombasa.
